We were downgraded from a king sized bed to 2 double beds. The room had a clogged toilet, so they moved us to a 3rd room, and this had a clogged sink. Absolutely disgusting

It is commendable that coffee and drinking water is available all day in the lobby. The only shortfall is that the air conditioner is a bit noisy and the sound insulation is not that good as I can hear the noise of the Sky Train even though the train rail is a few blocks away.

Our room was great. We only stayed 1 night to be near the airport for a morning flight. Breakfast was good and the staff were very friendly. There is no restaurant on site but there are quite a few within a 5-10 walk. Woukd definitely stay there again.

I liked that the hotel room had a great rate per nights stay. They need to change the breakfast menu daily, same meal every day. Out of there control but airplanes are every 10 minutes and is very loud.
