Best location with affordable price! All staffs were very friendly with smiles. It is pretty old building so, don’t expect any fancy or new stuff. Quite loud at night, I could hear noisy from hallway and outside as well.

I ended up with an anaphylactic allergic reaction and had to go to hospital ..it was definitely from lack of cleanliness. Anaphylactic reaction although I got the help I needed could of been life threatening. No excuse. This also leads me to believe there has been fake posts posted by them online as well

- Our tv remote wouldn’t work - Elevator took long, but luckily there were stairs, although it was hard to find the upstairs stairs for the third and fourth floor coming from the second floor - No washroom fan - Loud stairs and loud doors - Clean overall! - Location is pretty good and convenient

Wonderful ladies at the Front Desk. Accommodated early check in request and room preferences. The restaurants in the same building is also a plus. Walking distance to everything.

Very Nice Boutique Hotel in the Heart of Vancouver
I stayed in the Mini room, which was very reasonably priced, because all I needed was a comfortable bed and bathroom. This hotel exceeded my expectations. Easy walking distance to the city center and 2.5 city blocks from the Skytrain connecting to the airport. The desk staff were always very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.
