Clean room .Housekeeping did good job and most of all convenient and walkable to everything. The restaurant staff namely Pavel and Rodrigo are very nice friendly and funny best waiter and server good job to both of you. Definitely will come back again and will recommend to my friends.

We enjoyed the views of Coal Harbor, Stanley Park and Cypress Mountain from our room. The location was great for walking along the waterfront. We also walked to many restaurants for breakfast and dinner.

Felt like a hotel that was once great but now is tired and saving money. Paper cups in the room. Photos on Expedia were definitely shot very well and not very realistic of the experience. If I had known before I would have stayed somewhere else like the Marriot

The waiters were very rude, they kept making fun of what we ate and thought we didn't speak English and they told bad jokes to each other, I don't know if it was racism, it could have been incredible but we really felt sad because we went there to relax and de-stress and it was the opposite. The only thing I would like is that they train the staff more, and try to maintain a standard of supervising the cleaning, my 5 year old son found a dirty and stiff sock under the bed and there was hair in the bed and bathtub, we thought that because it was a 4 star hotel everything would be different. We were kind all the time, it was unfortunate that the waiters were not.
