The customer agents at the receptionist desk are outrageous and very responsive to your needs. The room is small, but very clean and tidy, with fridge, iron, and microwave. The major disadvantage is very, I mean VERY loud built-in heating fan turning on/off approximately every hour. I set up a very low room temperature to prevent it from turning on at night, but still I could clearly hear those fans from other neighboring rooms. So if you are like me sensitive to loud noises, esp. at night, I do not recommend. All the rest was pretty good (considering it's afforrdable price of 150$CAD)

Nice room, the A/C unit made a horrendous squeak so was unusable. The window did not have a screen so bugs would fly in the room. There was a stabbing spree a block away and lots of homeless people around (expected in downtown but still gross and unsafe).
