Come and unwind by the beach. Comfortable, fully equipped and intimate, perfect for families or couples wanting some relaxing time away from the city.

The house is right opposite the ocean, can host 5 people comfortably (2 queen beds and a single bed). Furnished kitchen, western toilet, wifi.

★Please note the 2nd queen bed is on the covered rooftop, open on all sides with a panoramic sea view, it DOES NOT have a door or AC★

The house has a courtyard, and an AC area on the ground floor. The AC area is comprised of a living room with a single bed. The ground floor also has a bedroom with a double bed, no AC.

★Please note the bathroom is in the courtyard and NOT attached to the Villa and is under the staircase. It is fitted with a western toilet without a geyser★

The first floor has an outdoor lounge area with two benches, tables and chairs.

It is also fitted with a second double bed with mosquito net, under a fan and with a supplementary standing fan, no AC. Please note this first floor is covered with a roof, but is open to all sides with a panoramic sea view with no door!

★Please note we DO NOT have private parking. Public parking is available★

★Please note daily cleaning will be done between 10:30AM and 1PM★

★Please carry mosquito repellents as the property is close to nature and you may find geckos/insects/mosquitoes inside and outside the property★

Gentle heads-up: We genuinely cannot promise a 100% always-on service internet since cable cuts do sometimes happen and are completely out of our control.

If the internet does go down, the repair time can range from 2 hours to 24 hours, an instant resolution is not possible.

If the internet is a hard criterion for you, we suggest you carry a hotspot/dongle connection with you.

Guests have access to the entire house.

The house caretaker is available from 8am-10pm to assist with any and all guests queries.

The neighbourhood is the quaint fisherman village of Serenity Beach. It is both charming and very safe, suited for a family stay.

There is an auto stand 100 meters from the house. One can also find buses on the East Coast Road, a 10 minutes walk from the house.

*All guests must submit their Govt. ID proof at the time of check-in.

*The house has NO water heater.

*Please note the bathroom is in the courtyard and not connected to the Villa. It is fitted with a western toilet, no geyser.

*For our long-term guests, please note we change bed linens only once a week. Fresh towels are provided once in every three days.

*We collect a security deposit, which is Rs.4,000/-. This is refundable upon check out provided there is no damage or loss to the villa and its contents.

*No smoking indoors.

*We provide all guests with tea & coffee making facilities. After this, guests will need to purchase any additional food and drink items they may want. Our care taker can assist you with purchase of these items.

*Inverter is provided incase of power outage. This powers some fans and lights only, not the AC and high voltage appliances.

*In order to conserve water, linen and towels are changed once in every 3 days.

*We request all guests to check in or out during the day, and not very late at night or during very early hours of the morning. Please contact me if you would like more information on this, before making your booking.

*No unregistered guests or visitors allowed.

*No parties allowed. Any unregistered guests presence or loud music being played after 11PM will result in an automatic and immediate cancellation of the booking without refund. Airbnb and local authorities will also be notified on the spot.

*We are obligated to adhere to strict check-out timings so that our cleaning teams can do their work effectively. Guests leaving past their checkout times will be charged Rs.2000/- per half hour of delay.
