Clean and close by to the train station, 5 minute walk. Great location for a short visit to visit Venice. Room and bed was clean. Washroom was clean there is no stand-up shower there is a handheld shower head. Could use an update in the shower as there was a bit of mildew. Common area was nice and clean , there is a fridge, stove and kettle. Overall the place was fine if you just need a place to sleep.

Our stay was very good. The owner was very kind and willing to help on anything. The apartment was very clean, and there was a communal kitchen with all equipment available and also very clean. We could also use a communal living room which was not crowded at all, plus there was an office available for use with computer.

The room itself is good. There was a city taxi which is £1.4 per adult per night, not applicable for kids under 10. I stayed three nights ( 2 adult with a kid at 8), should pay £8.4 but the staff asked us for £18 and without receipt! I also aware another group of people tried to check-in in afternoon, however there was no staff at that moment. I could not let them in and not sure how long they waited...

What I liked most is the location however it’s a residential home and therefore it’s hard to find. What I didn’t like most was calling the office no one answer! But when it’s answered, she by accident connected three lines and I was able to hear her gossip conversation with someone and didn’t even answer my call.

No one to check us in.

Check in time was stated 2-11pm. We arrived at 930pm. There was a note telling clients to call for checkin. I did. There was a recorded message, only in Italian. I could not understand it. I called several times and tried texting to the number. No luck. We had no choice but to walk around,at night , in a strange town, to find another hotel. Very disappointed.

Great location near Merest station and super market next door and can use kitchen facility freely anytime which is hostel plus air B & B type accommodation. Breakfast? which is a cup of coffee, Biscuits and packagetype sliced cake(?), not complaint though.

Informazioni discordanti

Prenotato sia per la posizione, a pochi minuti dalla stazione di Mestre che per il prezzo sui 60 euro una matrimoniale. Ho prenotato una camera matrimoniale con letto king size ma era un normalissimo letto , in bagno neanche una mensola per apportare qualcosa, specchio molto alto ( inutile per me ) mancava il bidet , almeno mettere un doccino , non puoi farti la doccia tutte le volte... personale alla reception che capiva poco e parlava poco l'italiano meglio in inglese ma siamo in Italia! Tassa di soggiorno 4 euro a persona ( non era questo il prezzo scritto sulla prenotazione ( avremmo dovuto pagare 57,00 euro compreso tassa di soggiorno, ne abbiamo pagato 62 . Non c'è disponibilità di fare la colazione a buffet, non c'è nessuna macchina per il caffè ( solo un bollitore) ma siamo in Italia o no? Per tutti questi motivi , per la non correttezza delle informazioni non lo riprenoterei, per la vicinanza alla stazione e per la pulizia della camera si

Decent stay

Decent stay and close to the Mestre station. Not very obvious to find as the hotel is in an apartment complex and there is no big sign board in front. The staff sits somewhere else and they arrive only when called. The city tax is 4 euro per person per day and not 1 euro per person per day as mentioned in hotels.com. The bed was not the best and was sinking inside in the middle.
