A perfect hotel

Brilliant hotel in a perfect location. Rooms had all you could need. Tiziano the clerk was very helpful with any questions and explaining about what’s best to go and see. Don’t be put off by the star rating as the hotel was perfect.

We had an incredible few days here. We would recommend this hotel to anyone and don't let the 1 star out you off because the standard and service is much more than that. The owner made us feel so welcome and outlined recommendations on arrival and was very friendly and attentive throughout. We are coming back. The room was beautiful, spacious and clean and the hotel was also quiet away from noise of venice

Very nice hotel in Venice!

Hotel is in a very good location, close to everything, 8 mins walk to St. Marks Square & 12 mins walk to fte nova port when going to Murano & Burano. Hotel is very clean & organized & they give free water snacks coffee & even wine! Tiziano is very nice & communicated with us all throughout. Love that they have luggage storage so you can store your stuff before heading out. Thank you for a wonderful stay! We will surely recommended to family & friends!

We had a wonderful time at this hotel. The room was beautifully decorated and very comfortable, and the location was perfect - after a short vaporetto ride from the train station to the hotel we just walked everywhere. The staff was lovely - Tiziano was so helpful (even giving me directions over the phone when we got lost on our way to the hotel) and friendly. We were a little doubtful ahead of our stay because of the 1 star, but we had a wonderful time, and the best customer service.

We loved the hotel, the location is great. Easy walking to St Marks plaza. Unfortunately there is no dining room so breakfast is not available but other than that it’s a great option. Staff was amazingly friendly and helpful.

Excellent location, our room has a view of a canal. There are no elevator, so we had to haul our luggage upstairs. Room was comfortable, staff was very friendly with great recommendations to local restaurants.

Hospitality was amazing!

We stayed here for two nights while touring Venice. The guy at the reception desk was so so helpful (unfortunately I forget his name!). He gave us a map and a personalized write up of places to eat, things to do, places to go while there. He was very welcoming the entire stay and made sure to reach out before we checked in to ensure the directions to the hotel were clear. The room was small but we didn’t need much else. There was a bottle of champagne and snacks waiting when we arrived. Highly recommend this place!
