Short stay
Two day stay. One shower and one tub so with 6 we had to maneuver that. Lots of room, third bed room is upstairs like a dormer.

Wonderful Christmas getaway!
This was a perfect place for our family to stay over Christmas. It was in a great location! It was clean and well stocked! They even had a Christmas tree!! The only trouble we had was we couldn’t get the oven to heat! We enjoyed our time there and made many wonderful memories.

perfect location
The nice and charming appartement is the perfect location to explore Venice. We all liked the area and felt very comfortable in the spacious rooms. The bathrooms were clean and ok but might need a little renovation. We appreciated a lot that an early check-in was made possible. The check-in itself was easy. We booked the house via "FeWo-direkt" (HomeAway). The only thing I found confusing was, that I was contacted by different organisations (FeWo-direkt, Ask Timmy, The Venice Neighbours, Red House by Enrico,...) via E-Mail, What'sApp and Telephone and it seemed that the information did not always reach the right person. In the end, all worked out perfectly, thank you for a wonderful stay!

Authentic Venetian Apartment, Great location!
The property was great and as described. We loved the living area with the library. The location was amazing. 15 min tho St. Marks but far enough away to have a neighborhood feel. Close to art museums.

Perfect Apartment
The red house was perfect for our stay in Venice. Great location and comfortable accommodations. The photos online matched the apartment upon arrival. Everything we needed was in the apartment. Communication was perfect throughout our stay. We all would definitely stay here again in the future.

Memorable
This home is exactly as said in the listing. So perfectly placed without the craziness of tourists noise. If need that, just walking distance to all the tourist spots. The home has everything that is needed in abundance (plates,cups, pillows, sheets, ac and more). The co-ordinating company I-Home and Venice neighborhood did amazing job in communicating via WhatsApp and guiding along the way. The only which was bit confusing is this garbage drop off responsibility. After paying everything, they keep asking to ensure all garbage is dropped off to the collection boats who come at different times than what is listed, but something to be aware of. Overall, I would give 10 stars out of 5 stars, it was too good!

Wonderful, spacious apt in the heart of it all.
We stayed 2 nights as a family of 5. This apt is huge. It has a lot of character and space for everything. It is also easily accessed from the water bus and is walking distance from everything. We felt like we were really getting the Venice experience while there. Communication was great and we were greeted right on schedule. If we ever make it back to Venice we will definitely try to stay here!

What a perfect artists pad. So conveniently located . The apt was emaculate and a perfect location right on the canal. The added bonus was the piano which my classical pianist son loved , fearing he would not have any practice while we were away. This place couldn’t be more perfect for our family and friends. Loved Venice loved this place , all the stars !

Beautiful and quiet
My family(our kids are 5 and 2) stayed in late March and the neighborhood was very quiet. We were able to sleep with the windows open and let in the cool breeze and wake up to the boats moving through the canal. There are many restaurants in walking distance and major sights are a short boat ride away. Our family loved the home and would return in the future. Alessandra and Salvatore are very responsive and kind. They made our first trip to Venice extra special.

Lovely property. Easy check in and good hosts. Wish the kitchen had plates / bowls / cups. Only thing it had was utensils and wine glasses so we had to get our own for the duration of the stay.

Great Apartment, Great Location
This is our third trip to Venice and the Red House was by far our favorite place where we've stayed. The property was spacious, well laid out and unique. The location is great. The neighborhood is full of life but not touristy. You are a few steps from cafes, groceries, restaurants and the Academia water bus stop.

Wonderful stay in a super apartment
We had a super time in the Red House. Excellent location to explore Venice but quiet position away from the main crowds. Everything we required was within a short walk. Lots of space to relax when back at Red House and our family of 5 thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Fabulous apartment in terrific location
We were only in Venice for a couple of nights and this apartment was wonderful in every way. Great location if you don't want to be with noisy tourists, yet well within walking distance of everything. We highly recommend the apartment and would definitely stay here again.

Communications with property manager were excellent. Checkin process was on time and thorough. The location of this property was perfect! 15 minute walk to San Marco Sq. Just outside the busier areas of the city. The perfect spot for our family of 5!
