Great stay
We were visiting family so we didn’t have time to take advantage of the beautiful yard. The home was perfect for us with an assortment of breakfast and coffee options. Would definitely recommend.

Wonderful Stay!
Our family stayed in this adorable house for a long weekend and it was wonderful. The process was simple, we were steps away from the beach and had ample activities games to keep us busy. The beds were SO COMFORTABLE, and everything was clean and ready for us to enjoy. We would love to stay here again in the future!

Perfect Location
Our stay was great. The home had all you could want for a family vacation. We spent a lot of time in the beautiful backyard, and it was great to have a grill to use. The location was perfect with the beach so close as well as many restaurants and a grocery store within walking distance. The home was clean and the beds were very comfortable.

Mountains to Beach Marathob
I came to town with my husband to run a marathon. This home was in the perfect location, walking distance to the expo and finish line. It also turned out to be conveniently located by a handful of restaurants and a grocery store! We enjoyed the proximity to the beach and the backyard games. The host was excellent with communication as well. I’ll stay here next year if we decide to run that marathon again….. which we likely will!

Fabulous beach house
Perfect little beach house for our family's adventure in Ventura. Nicely situated steps from the beach, and great coffee, restaurants in the Pierpont neighbourhood. Victor, manager, was great to communicate with and was prompt with any questions. Backyard games and hot tub were a big bonus - making this a very special week. Definitely recommend for groups under 6

Pierpont gem
Love this cute little property right in the heart of Pierpont Ventura. As locals to the area, we love being able to stay close to the beach and local restaurants, and this place is a great value in that respect! Literally steps from lots of local family-friendly restaurants. Also lots to do in the actual place- love the backyard! This was our second stay at Victor’s place, and we definitely see ourselves coming back.

Nice, easy spot with great backyard
Fun backyard games and close walk to beach (less than one block) made the stay. The alley is a little rough, as are the folks loitering there. Hot tub was fun, though not very hot - follow the directions to keep the cover on whenever not in use. Super close to groceries and In & Out which was a hit with the teens. Good for our quick stop along a coastal trip.

Great location, fun backyard
As the listing states, this rental is a short, less than a block walk to the beach. Close to a handful of restaurants and grocery store also all within short walking distance. Backyard was a fun bonus, although we didn’t get to use it as much as we would have liked. Nice to have chairs and beach towels provided. It is an urban neighborhood, obviously property so close to the beach at a premium, so all the houses are super close together. Also for some reason the rental got warm very easily even though it was relatively cool the days we were there. There is a heat pump type of AC unit that helps but still takes time for back bedrooms to cool off. We would stay again.

Clean and comfortable.
The house was just what we expected, clean and comfortable. It was nice to have access to additional fans and heaters for the varied temperatures during our stay. We enjoyed the use of the backyard games and the jacuzzi was wonderful to relax in after a busy day exploring. It is only a very short walk up the road to beach access. Yes, as others have mentioned there is a restaurant/ bar not far away, but we were not affected by it.

Great House, Great Location!
This property is exactly as described a d shown. The location was amazing. The outdoor space was superior and provided a lot of entertainment. Great places to eat and the ocean were just steps away. Will definitely return!

Excellent location, great property!
This condo was excellent!! Victor was exceptionally responsive to us and helped with any need we had. The home was clean and had all the amenities that were needed. The location was also perfect...close to the beach and some good restaurants. The absolute, only downside is the washer/dryer combo in the unit. Understandable that is likely the only option for this particular unit. The hot tub was fabulous and even though we didn't get to use the outdoor games (much too rainy) they did look like they would be fun. We would definitely book this property again!

Loved our stay
Our family of 4 loved staying at this amazing rental steps from the beach and restaurants. We enjoyed the entertainment offered in the backyard and spent time at the beach (which was steps away) multiple times a day. The host supplied comfy beach chairs and towels which came in handy. The place was very clean and cozy with comfortable beds and a living area. Definitely would recommend this 5 star accommodation and hope to return one day.

Cute Pierpont Spot
It was an excellent stay for us-perfect for what we were looking for: just a nice quiet spot near the beach to relax and hang out. Went for walks a few times a day and the amenities and decor at the house made the stay very welcoming and comfortable. Especially loved all the entertainment provided in the backyard and how close it was to local restaurants and the beach. Would definitely recommend staying here! Thank you, Victor!

Backyard not worth it
I was drawn to this property because the backyard entertainment and washer and dryer availability. Upon check in we found the washer and dryer were a single unit, taking 4-5 hrs for a single small load. We had already been on the road a week so being able to clean our clothes was necessary. The intensive welcome packet with cleaning requirements makes you wonder why you’re paying a cleaning fee up front when threatened to be charged extra for it being left in less than perfect shape. Also confusing how we could leave clean dishes with a disgusting, ratty sponge as the means to do so. The home was pretty clean, oddly with an air wick plugged in every single room (2 in the living room) and stand alone ones in a couple, which was way overkill to the senses. The backyard entertainment was very appealing when we booked but seeing as the rules were adamant about recovering of toys every night and a camera out there watching made it less so relaxing and more of a chore. The hot tub wasn’t set to be cleaned until halfway through our stay then it took several hours to return to heat and even then, a yellow scum and pile of powder cleaning material remained, making it unwelcoming. Again, the camera watching the backyard didn’t encourage relaxing either. The owner was very prompt with communication and pleasant, but could probably handle relaxing on the rules a bit so people can enjoy their stay and not be so anxious to be slapped with charges after check out. Also, very close proximity to a bar should be noted. Our rental neighbors seemed to enjoy it and returned to the duplex being very rowdy after “quiet hours” set by owner.

GREAT location!

Adorable and 2 minutes from the beach, shops, dining and market
My high school friends and I, a total of 5, decided to go on a weekend get-away and were searching for a place in Ventura close to the beach. We are so glad we found this listing on VRBO! This place did not disappoint! The house and pictures are exactly how it was described in the listing. Cute, VERY clean, comfortable, cozy. The backyard, where we spent a few hours during the day and when we got back at night, was perfect for hanging out with ample and comfortable seating, foosball table, ping pong, corn hole, giant connect 4 and jenga. There was also a grill and hot tub, but we didn’t get to use them. Maybe if we were there for another day, I’m sure we would have taken advantage of this amenity. Beds were very comfortable and the living room was cozy. Kitchen/dining were cute and a place where we found ourselves hanging out for our morning coffee. Want to be within walking distance to the beach, restaurants and shops? This is the place for you!! 2 minutes to walk and you’re there! We were so glad we didn’t have to drive to the beach and fight for parking. I do have to say that there is only 1 spot to park the car but luckily we found street parking close enough to the house for the other car. Also, although we didn’t have an issue with it as we are all pretty close and comfortable with each other, there is only 1 bathroom for a place that sleeps 6. There is no central air, but the living room was equipped with a portable AC unit and the bedrooms had fans. It was a bit of a problem when we first got there as it was quite warm and the AC was not strong enough to cool down the house. During the day, it was warm, but cooled off at night so not having central air was not a big issue. I would suggest installing some screens so we can open the windows and backyard door to let some breeze in. Overall, we were very pleased and happy with this place! I highly recommend it and will definitely be back again! Thank you for the hospitality and giving us a memorable weekend!
