First of all the check in procedure went well and was quick. The gentleman who checked us in (6pm), was delightful. The first day they cleaned the room, took out the garbage, changed the towels, and made the bed, gave us extra soap, and took the tip money we left for them. The second day, (Saturday,) they ignored ALL of that. When we returned saturday night, we had to bother the desk clerk for a complete set of towels since we had used ours. He was gracious about getting them. We rated service well based on checkin and getting more towels. But coming home to an unmade bed, a waste basket full of garbage, and dirty towels still stacked in the bathtub is not plesant. So they lost the second day's tip which we used for the last day.

I can tell you i will never rent a room from there again. Besides the fact the room wasn't clean the way you expect it to be. I was head of house keeping to the quality inn and i know exactly what should be done when cleaning bedrooms and the quality inns expectation are 5 stars compared to this place. I was wondering why i kept waking up congested for the 2 nights i was there until i looked at how dirty the air conditioner was and not to mention the bugs i seen around the sink i took pictures of how dirty the air conditioner was. Also when i did step out of the room in the evening all i can smell outside was the smell of weed not to mention i am staying in a room alone as a single woman and there was always a group of men hanging outside which cause me to walk the long way to get to my car to avoid them.

It was more like motel than a hotel. The shower water pressure was terrible. The so called continental breakfast was terrible. And most of all the price to stay at the so called hotel was exorbitant.

The woman that run looks to be part owner of the establishment that is supposed to be at the front desk is never around and when you do find her she is at absolute no help and seems amused and happy that she doesn’t have the answers for you. Very bad customer service and the room looked like a truck stop bathroom. I tried to cancel my last night and was not able to as I wanted to find somewhere else to go as it was so nasty and unpleasant to be there. To be associated with “wyndham” is a joke because it was a sub bar motel to stay at. Do not recommend to anyone. Let alone how noisy it is. The airport I understand even the workers there did not seem to respect the people that were staying the night as they were loud and obnoxious 24/7. The bed was crunchy the AC system didn’t work, the tiki bar was down and nobody could give me a straight answer why. 1/10 on a rating scale. Was picked last minute due to an immediate death in the family and I couldn’t want to get home and shower at my house due to the filth
