Service was very good, the hotel is in a very convenient place and we were able to walk to everywhere we wanted to go. We loved the blackout curtains, and the bathroom was very clean. We had two sinks, and two hairdryers which made getting ready quicker. We also thought the beds were very comfortable. However, there were no slippers in the room. We had robes, but there was a pair of used/dirty socks in the pocket of mine, which confirmed that they do not wash their robes between visits. We had cable, but no netflix or youtube if that's what you're looking for. Also, there were no outlets close to the beds, they were kind of spread out in inconvenient locations. Otherwise, our stay was enjoyable and the staff were friendly.

We stayed 3 nights and this will now be our go to hotel in Victoria. The hotel was so convenient/walkable to all downtown locations we wanted to go. The staff was friendly and helpful, breakfast and happy hour were both fantastic. My only complaint is that there were no disposable slippers in the room to wear to the pool.

We had gotten 3 king suites rooms at the hotel. I’m not sure if other parts of the hotel are newer, but these rooms were very dated and had the hardest beds any of us have ever slept on. Other than that, it’s a great location and the staff were friendly.

We found a spider in our room as soon as we opened the door. The heat didn’t work very well at all. Lucky for us we didn’t spend much time in the room. And also for the price of the room I think parking should be included.
