Premièrement les clés non pas fonctionné, deuxièmement là réceptionniste était sarcastique avec moi. Ensuite la chambre qui était «  prête pour moi » était une catastrophe …. Plein de cigarettes sur la table de chevet fumée dans le couloir et dans la chambre les lits étaient utilisés comme extra même un téléphone Portable était sur un des lits oublié. Quand je suis allée me plaindre la réceptionniste était très gentille de s’excuser mais malheureusement je ne pas eu la chance de parler avec le responsable car pauvre réceptionniste était tout seule à 23:00 . Le déjeuner était très faible en choix, le grill pain défectueux, Je NE RECOMMANDE PAS!!

Noisy room
The bedroom was really outdated. We stayed in a room with a very old carpet, squeaky floors, and very noisy bed. It was impossible to move in bed or going to the bathroom without waking everyone. Normally, my children (10&11) don’t complain but they did during our stay. Although the hotel was almost empty they were very quick at telling us that we had to check out at 11:10. It’s too bad because I like the location.

There was a hockey tournement with lots of kids that were running in the corridors between 8PM and 10h30PM, yelling and knocking on doors. Hotel should have security and hold parents accountable l.

An acceptable stay . Not more
I've been disapointed by the service. The front desk didn't have any flexibility on earlier check-in, even 15 minutes before 4pm. Lots of customers were waiting when suddently it became available at 4.. Room looked partialy renovated , comfort was acceptable but could be much better.
