Hôtel is in a good location, with nice, clean room. Service is not 5 star - firstly they do not have anyone on the door so when you arrive with bags (and buggy in our case) we have to struggle through revolving doors into the hotel. Service in the restaurant is slow and not efficient - we were given a table that hadn’t been wiped down and waited 10 mins for the bill. The food itself was good. Good hotel, but not a 5 star and wouldn’t pay the current rates to stay here again.

We had a great stay, very well maintained and lovely rooms with generous sized beds. The staff were helpful but perhaps not as knowledgeable as I would have liked. Breakfast was very good, but perhaps a bit of organic/freshly squeezed juice/better coffee would have made it even better..

Great Xmas market stop
Nice location for the Christmas markets. Stayed in one of the suites which was nice however room servicing was a bit disappointing. Amenities not replenished automatically as an example. Used the executive lounge quite a bit which is a great place to refresh during the day especially when the tea coffee in the room is not replenished.. they have a happy hour where there is free food and drink but the snack options are not as good as the Marriott offering.

The hotel let us checkin early so that was a blessing after 9 hour flight. Staff was courteous and very pleasant. Service was received each day.
