Dear David, First of all thank you for your kind word on our staff! We are here to help you in anyway we can to make your stay enjoyable. I'm really sorry for the uncleaned room that you were given at first. We are aware that our hotel is staring to look oldaged, and that's why we have planned renovation in October.
