We were surprised that water pressure was greatly compromised off and on throughout this stay . Our warm shower would slow to a trickle, and same in the kitchen. We understand using a catchment and pumps to supply water to a home can be tricky in "remote " Hawaii. A heads -up would have made us feel better.
Though it may be nice to have some foods left by previous guests such as ketchup, etc, generally believe the fridge should be cleaned out after each guest. There was outdated cream, for example, eggs, butter- cannot be sure if safe to eat-best to clean out. Same with pantry-many half empty boxes of crackers.
Kitchen supply was running low-dish soap, for example.
Lastly would suggest that if manager wants to impress guests of cleanliness, bedding should be requested to be removed as guest exits.
