There was an alarm clock in the room with USB ports and a place to plug in devices. The clock wasn’t set for the actual time. The alarm started going off about every 10 minutes around 1 am. I could not turn the alarm off or reset the time. I finally unplugged the clock but my device wouldn’t plug into the outlet. That did stop the alarm from going off any more. Otherwise, our stay was very good.

For the price, it's what you would expect

Stayed 2 nights while attending an event in Waco. For the price, the accommodations were as expected. Overall, the room was in a partial state of renovation with bare walls and various hooks for artwork sticking out, but no artwork. Bed was ok, room was very dark, towels were scratchy, breakfast was average. They were out of regular coffee and even after notifying the front desk, no coffee was brought out within 15 minutes and we had to leave for our event. The price of the room was pretty cheap and you get what you pay for, so it was about what I expected for the money. If the bed was more comfortable, I would probably stay there again but will try another option next time I am in Waco.

The check in staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean. The drain clogged, lighting was terrible, exhaust fan didn’t work well. Mattress was comfy but the pillows hurt our neck and shoulders. A house keeper barged into our room at 9am without knocking or anything, it was very rude and awkward. Why would they not knock first? It wasn’t even close to checkout time yet. Pool and hot tub were good. We did not have breakfast, but the coffee was good. Overall a decent stay, but room for improvement for sure.

The facility is excellent. Clean, updated, well lit parking lot. Breakfast was also excellent . . Warm scrambled eggs, bacon or sausage and it was well attended and kept plentiful. The only staff person I had an interaction with was checking in and she sadly was very curt and I felt boarded on being rude… certainly not welcoming..
