I enjoyed the customer service with check-in, but I went to 7bed, the bed was worn. There was springs sqeaking, the bed sank in the middle and had no support! I felt like I was being swallowed! Room 132 needs a new bed and mattress!

The first room we were given smelled horribly of smoke. The receptionist quickly remedied the problem and gave us another room. The faucet in the bathroom was completely disconnected from the vanity and the paint in the bathroom was peeling on the door frame and shower area. Breakfast was average. Would probably select a different hotel in the future.

One of my favs!

The stay was one of my favs, room was clean, bathroom was spotless, water pressure was amazing and complimentary breakfast was hot and delicious. First room television wasn’t working however without fuss our room was switched. Great stay! Will go back and recommend!
