I received multiple text messages from different phone numbers and an email about check-in and was asked for ridiculous personal identification information to receive the access code to the property. After an hour on the phone and texting three different people I was able to confirm that the identity requests were not spam. The strange part was the request asked me for a selfie and a photo of my license, which I’ve never heard of, so didn’t trust it initially. Once I finally received the access information I arrived at the rental to find that a primary and secondary lock box did not have the key to the property, and there was not an electronic lock on the unit itself, so I was forced to communicate with two more people via phone and text for spare keys to be located and delivered. I was told the housekeeper accidentally left the property with the key. I ultimately was not able to access the unit until three hours after scheduled check-in and when I finally did, found the original key on a hook inside. This experience was anything but smooth and I do not anticipate booking again through this service.
