The property is being renovated. They are doing a wonderful job. The room was freshly printed and it appeared to have new fixtures. They need to update their pictures because they do not have a hot tub as in the pictures. I love the easy access off and on the highway. Great place to stay for a reasonable price.

The best thing about it for us was there was a Denny's right next door. We had not eaten and by 9:00pm that night after we checked in we walked to Denny's and ate.

They are in a renovating process, so lots of construction mess and dust everywhere. Room was fine but the property was pretty dusty. Once they finish their remodel I’m sure it will be much better

This is the third time I've stayed at this hotel, but this was by far the worst time. I waited for a long time to get checked in. The person was having a long personal conversation. Then, i checked into the most expensive room they offered which had a busted bathroom door that was repaired with paint and a random screw, almost completely out of body wash, you could hear everyone in the pool area, in the next room, and they were almost completely out of parking. Finally, the provided breakfast was a single banana since the area was under construction. I feel that should've been communicated before or during check in.

This Hotel Lies…. They need to fix all their website because on their website they say you can bring in 2 dogs under 40 pounds free of charge. When you get there there’s a paper on the desk saying each dog is $20, ok. You check in & they change you $40 for each dog. This Hotel is under construction & there is dust everywhere, even in your mouth. I must say our room was a new room that was renovated & it was Beautiful & very Clean. I think when the Construction is all done it will be a Beautiful & Clean place but into the Construction is done expect to eat Dust. Denny’s right next door

This place was filthy inside & outside. Trash outside all over. They had 2 handicap parking spots. The 1st one had trash & a ton of rusted nails on it. As you walk in the front door to check there was large piles of bird poop to try not to step in that had been there for days. The hallways had crap all over the floors & they had not vacumed in days. Their website says coffee pots in rooms, there were none. They took them out because covid. Had to walk to the lobby. The bath tub was full of hair. I will never stay at a Baymont again or anything to do with Wyndham! It was GROSS!

Property was in a state of repair. Staff had entered room and put an adhesive tub liner in the bathroom. The adhesive smell was so bad. We had to open windows. Staff should have done to prevent the smell from being overwhelming

Pleasant stay overall
The outside of the hotel didn’t look quite as nice as the picture, but the room itself was great. I do wish I had known there was no elevator when I accepted a second floor room, but the staircase was wide enough that I was able to lug my big suitcase upstairs without too much trouble. The only thing I really wish I could change about the room was the AC unit. It was necessary to use, but quite loud. We decided it was less disruptive to just leave the fan on for consistency of noise, rather than risk being woken up by it turning on & off. The benefit of this was we didn’t really hear noise from other guests, or even the fireworks someone was setting off somewhere nearby.
