I booked for Nov 1st - Nov 4th for me and my husband birthday weekend. When I first tried placing my reservation the gentleman online kept trying to get me to pay up front although it clearly says pay at site. When we got there you can tell the place was dated and needed to be renovated. There were signs on the front entrance stating the doors were broken. The bar attached was closed the entire time but we were told it would be open later that night. We were told continental breakfast was included but they do not serve it. We went to the restaurant attached for breakfast and there was one cook, one waitress and our food was cold and greasy. Mostly all the elevators and ice machines were broken and we were on the third floor and had to go to the first floor if we needed ice. The fireplace in our room did not work and they offered for us to go up to the fourth floor which we declined due to the broken elevators (we took the stairs) most of our stay. I was told my card would be charged upon discharge but the next morning I was charged. Pool and hot tub did not work and the hallways are very creepy and long and deserted. No courtesy coffee in the lobby. The pot was only there one day and they both were empty. The staff was friendly and the room was clean but dated. The view from our window was the top of a seedy looking hotel next door where people hung out drinking. This was at the back door that we had to use due to the broken elevators.
