The stay was nice. Despite the fact it wasn’t in Georgetown, it was still accessible especially for people who don’t drive or can’t afford ride shares. The metro is within walking distance. I wasn’t aware of a deposit. And there’s no microwave. These are minor things but I enjoyed my stay overall

Bed was very comfortable and the room and bathroom were very clean. Heating unit would not go to the set temperature, it stayed at 82 degrees which resulted in us having to open the window. Only complaint I have is with the front desk. When checking in I was told there was going to be a hold on the card in addition to the cost that we paid for the room. This wasn’t something I was aware of, so I figured I must’ve missed it somewhere on the website. However, that’s not the issue. The issue came in when my guest wanted to get waters and instead of using the “hold” against the payment for waters as we were told, they completely tried to charge my guests card for the total of the room and the hold. This was unacceptable. When asked for clarification they brushed it off. This was a very small but huge inconvenience that could’ve been explained but it wasn’t.

The bed wasn't great. You should be able to flop on it and not feel like you just fell on concrete. The thermostat/heat was broken. It was 81 in the room. Their fix was just to open the windows and then the windows weren't operable. We had to have a Maintenance man come up. I could go on but I was only there one night so not going to hammer to bad.

Tucked in a quiet part of Georgetown, this hotel is super clean and has a lounge to chill pre- and post-check out. There are nice restaurants and cafés around, like Tatte's Bakery and Pisco y Nazca Ceviche Gastrobar. I highly recommend it, and I would stay again. The metro is close by, as are bus stops.

Our room was more spacious than expected and cleaned everyday. The hotel is located in a convenient location close to grocery stores and many restaurants. The only negative experience we had was that the key card to get into our rooms had to be activated every day . But overall would highly recommend a stay here.

Cute hotel, modern esque but could use some slight updating. Otherwise really functioning, maintained really well! Clean, great shower and shower options ie body wash, shampoo and conditioner. Great area - really cute and walkable!
