The place served its purpose and overall my friend and I had a good experience staying here. However, it was weird that the one bedroom was right as soon as you walked in the front door with windows on the street and alley. While we had no incidents, it just felt a bit exposed and the streetlights were super bright through the edges of the curtains at night. That room was also extremely extremely humid to the point that the bedding felt damp.
There were also tons of bugs - moths, spiders, a few centipedes here and there that we had to kill.
There is also no parking pass despite the listing saying there is. The street parking says you can only park for 2 hours at a time during the day and the alley behind the house had a no parking sign and someone else parked behind the house where we were told we could possibly park. It ended up being fine to park in the alley but it was confusing.
Couches in the living area were quite uncomfortable and it was a bit annoying to have to take our own trash out even though there’s fees included that probably cover the maids.
Lastly, the host who was messaging back and forth seemed to be an AI bot. Overall just felt like a very impersonal experience and despite no major issues, just a cold feeling stay. Probably wouldn’t stay here again or recommend.
