I had a good stay at this hotel and I’m very happy with my selection. The location is great with plenty of walkable food options, and is walkable from the monuments and museums in D.C. The bar in the basement was also very fun on that Saturday night. The only negative thing about my stay was that only 1 elevator was working. It took a good wait for the elevator. The staff were very nice and accommodating. Overall, a good experience!

Beds were rock hard and low to the ground. The room was very hot, had to turn the heat off to get the temperature to drop. Unable to cool the room through the AC since it's turned off. The average temp, with the heat off was around 75 in the room, very uncomfortable to sleep in. Staff was helpful and pleasant.

Needs repairs

Kind staff, but the heater didn’t work, and wasn’t fixed even after I brought it up, and the toilet ran the whole time and there was a very moldy smell from the kitchen. The street noise from trash removal was ridiculously loud in the morning even with the windows closed. If those parts were fixed, the location and layout of the rooms would make this an ideal location, especially for the price.
