My room had a faulty heater that didn’t work & the front desk was unable to accommodate me with a room suiting my original request & informed me that despite them canceling my prepaid room I would have to contact the manager to request a refund which was subject to approval

Excellent accommodation

We were greeted right away. Check in was fast and easy. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean, bed very comfortable, the room stayed dark when daylight came. Room was equipped with a hair dryer, microwave & a refrigerator. We will return when we go to any shows from now on.

The room was amazing! It had everything you would need. We upgraded to the suite because we had another couple staying there as well and we needed a room big enough for the four of us to hang out. The room had a couch and a table with four chairs, so there was plenty of room. There was also a microwave, small refrigerator and a bar area. The shower was amazing!! The bed was very comfortable. All around this was a great hotel and that says a lot from me because I am a hotel snob! In fact, we already booked our stay for next year.
