A week before our trip I had checked to see if any new reviews had been posted about the house. Well lo and behold a review was posted on 7/28. After reading all the problems the guest had, I immediately emailed Vacasa to make sure all issues were addressed. Vacasa emailed back pretty quick and assured me everything was taken care of. Upon arrival I must say everything looked as pictured. House was very big, pool area was private and nice, minus all the cockroaches running around the pool area. The grill needs a lot of help, that thing has not been cleaned once! I mean it was disgusting. Even the grill brush was disgusting, you couldn’t even use it. You think they could fork up $5 for a new brush. As we entered the house I could see the floors had not been vacuumed or mopped, ok no big deal I can live with that. The second floor was nice, it had a fridge,pool table, washer and dryer. Upon checking the rooms, I found that the comforters not only had orange paint stains on them, but one had at least 7 BLOOD stains. I immediately took pictures and send them to Vacasa, they apologize and said they would have a new blanket sent, well the new blanket didn’t come until the next day. There is a visible mold problem in some vents. The deck has a lot of nails sticking up. Vacasa needs to do better with cleaning there is NO excuse! I’m sure Vacasa will write under this review saying all issues addresses but that crap. I also requested a partial refund and yet to hear back from them.
