Absolute lovely house on the sea
The house is marvellous, very modern, decorated with taste, and perfectly equipped. Yvette has been very kind and helping to us, while Bonnie seemed to be off and not very responsive (we quite struggled to get some information and to get to the house). All in all we had a great time, but I suggest to communicate directly with Yvette right at the beginning as she's been really more helpful. And do ask for written directions to get to the house, that'll save you a lot of hassle... They have everything printed at the house about how you should travel to it, but you need it before getting there ;)

Lovely, welcoming spot
We loved our time at this house! Ivet was so welcoming and helpful and we loved the location. It is very private and feels quite safe. The views of St. John in the morning is really something I miss waking up to, and the seating out front is a perfect spot to wind down in the evening. It was very clean and comfortable with wonderful windows and an indoor/outdoor feel. We went as a family of four so each of our kids had their own room which worked out great and the common areas offer plenty of space. The only thing that surprised me was the beach front--we did not end up swimming at the house because it's very rocky and grassy so it's hard to tell what you may be stepping on. Not to say it wouldn't be possible, we just preferred the turquoise water at Smuggler's, Cane Garden, and Brewer's Bay during the day and came back to the house to crash later on. It's probably a good thing we didn't end up swimming there to limit our sun exposure anyway. I should also mention that neighboring Soper's Marina became part of our daily routine. Opa's coffee shop is delightful, and so is watching the sunset over the marina. The grocery store there was very convenient too. We would love to go back!

Ivet was wonderful - she took care of our needs as they arose. My husband got a massage and some TLC from a flesh wound he'd received earlier in the week. He raved and appreciated Ivet's attention on both. All in all our stay was good; it's hard to be fair because it was the end of a long week and I was ready to go home. I have to be honest; the house seemed MUCH smaller than the photos online, but we were quite comfortable nonetheless. The beds and the linens were wonderful, the house was very clean. I probably won't be back, only because it was a long trip and the heat and humidity is just not my thing. Thankfully the AC was working for us. Appreciated the communication; anything we needed before and after our stay were immediately addressed.

Super beach view
Great location - facing the ocean. Wonderful to sit outside and just look at the water and hear the waves crashing. There are 3 beds & 3 bathrooms - all super clean. The hostess was amazing!

Absolute Paradise
We cam to visit Tortola and the Soggy Dollar. We got to experience the laid back vibe and friendly folks. It was amazing. The house is right on the water, we watched the pelicans dive for fish throughout the day, its very entertaining. We truly enjoyed the hospitality and beauty of the home and island

Hidden Gem
It was a slice of paradise - literally ON the water! Breathtaking views, wonderful breeze, we felt "at home." We had an amazing visit and the house manager, Ivet, who was there to greet us is absolutely lovely and very kind. Highly recommend - we will definitely be back for another trip soon!

Family getaway to Tortola
The property was amazing. It was as pictured in the listing and we loved it. Our family's idea of a good vacation is to play hard all day - lots of diving, snorkeling, boating, swimming - then relax in a beautiful location over a home cooked meal in the evening. This place was perfect. We got to spend the evenings in luxury without leaving the house.

Beautifully appointed waterfront home with palm trees and crystal clear water steps from your back door. Very clean. Check in process was easy and welcoming. The house manager, Ivet was attentive and made sure our every want and need was surpassed. I look forward to returning to this lovely property.

Gorgeous villa
This property is the perfect tropical getaway. Situated right on the water, we had our own private beach, stunning views, and tranquil waves to lull us to sleep each night. The villa is furnished comfortably. Each bedroom has a king size bed and ample storage for belongings. Two bedrooms are en suite and the third has a bathroom in the hallway (3 bathrooms total). Bathrooms and showers are squeaky clean and updated. Plenty of towels provided, including beach towels. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessities for food prep, cooking and clean-up. The outdoor spaces are incredibly relaxing and comfortable. We really enjoyed reading, sunbathing, and watching the world go by. What a treat! The best part of this villa was our host, Ivet. Ivet greeted us, showed us around the villa, made sure we had everything we needed. Ivet was always just a phone call or text away in case we needed something or had general questions about the island. I really enjoyed getting to know her! She takes meticulous care of the villa and makes sure your stay is perfect in every way possible! This is a home I look forward to returning to in the future, and have already passed this listing on to friends looking for vacation ideas! Thank you, Ivet and Gayle!

The Most Memorable Experience
The property was by far the most stellar experience of our vacation. Not only was the home immaculate, spacious, complete with all the amenities +, the view, grounds and overall ambiance does not compare with anything we have ever experienced. The plus was Ivet, the host. She is so welcoming and friendly and ensures you have the most optimum stay. This home is close to everything you need, yet isolated enough to just enjoy the view without any interference. We can't wait to visit again. Great spot on the water
This was our first of our many Tortola stays to be near the water and we really enjoyed our spot. The beautiful pictures on the website closely match the actual experience. Other than the bugs, that view sitting outside was just breathtaking. I really feel like the setting is one of a really nice restaurant right on the water. One other super positive was avoiding the crazy roads and driveways in the BVI, especially up in the hills on the west end. It's right off the main road with a great place to park. Easy to find as well. Communication was great and the owner has a separate place on the property, but back away from the water and even when someone was there, you never knew it. In the end, would definitely stay again.

Fun week with old friends
The home was comfortable and clean with a wonderful waterfront location. It was a little more dated than expected, but still nice. The caretaker was amazing and very helpful with info about the island and attention at the house. We even had her prepare us a dinner of local cuisine that was delicious! We really enjoyed our stay!

Peaceful Beachfront Oasis
This is an amazing house with an outstanding local host. We arrived late and Ivet had a delicious dinner prepared for us. The house was immaculate and spacious enough for all six of us to hang out comfortably. The wrap-around deck has glorious views of the nearby islands. We enjoyed cooking in the well-equipped kitchen. The beds were comfy and there were plenty of towels. We rented a car to get around to the many nearby beaches. The rental car made getting around feasible and easy. This is the perfect place for a relaxing quiet tropical stay.
