Do you have roving security on your premises? If not, someone called to complain about noise from room 310. I went to the front desk and ask them if a complaint was issued. None was issued. There’s a security issue. A man with an ID badge claimed to be security. He left after we didn’t fully opened our door to room 310.

When I first arrived there was an issue with the hot water in my room but we were quickly put in another room and was accommodated for the inconvenience. After all the stay was very pleasant.

Not worth the money

The hotel itself was nice but the service was off. Nobody seemed real friendly or willing to help. When asking for help it seemed like you were interrupting. Upon check in there was no rundown of any of the hotel facts (pool hours/spa/breakfast). I responded to a text that said to respond with any needs or questions, never got an answer. For paying over 300 for 1 night I would have expected a little more than this. Just felt like an average stay in an average hotel. Not sure I’d stay again, at those rates.

Viana needs a boost

Check in was seamless. Amenities missing from room: pad and pen, only one makeup remover wipe, laundry bag. For the price paid these things SHOULD have been there. When reported to hotel personnel, the response was, You could get these things by calling the front desk. The point of a higher end hotel is to have these items available NOT to have to call the front desk.

The staff was polite and friendly. The atmosphere was warm and inviting. The spa was amazing. The jacuzzi, the facial, and the full-body massage is to die for. The gym was clean.

Hotel and facilities are nice however avoid the hydrotherapy rooms. There is an issue with the water quality. Water comes out green and leaves a yellow/orange stain on the tubs. Very gross. Spa pool and hot tub were cleaner. Very disappointing.

The staff was friendly and accommodating and facilities were great. The only thing was a shortage of towels, so only the wash cloths were replenished and we were left with only one towel we had to share after the first day. Also the parking can be tricky since the lot is pretty small. Other than these two small gripes I would stay here again.
