There was a lot to love in this house. The porch was extremely comfortable. We spent very little time in any other room. We were out doing things all day, but gathered for morning coffee and then relaxed there at the end of the day. There is a separate coffee room, that was really a great idea! There are many nice sitting areas. Everything was clean and the small kitchen was well equipped. Only 2 bathrooms, but there were plenty of nice towels, hand soap & toilet paper were well stocked. We looked for a box of tissues, but never found one.
The bedrooms aren’t huge, but served our purposes well. The house is an older home with numerous steps up & down. Each one was light by a motion sensor light, to ensure no one was stumbling around in the dark, which is really important, because the house is laid out with some twists & turns.
There are a lot of rules, so if you stay here, read thru them so you don’t accidentally break one.
This was a comfortable place for our group to stay. We enjoyed our time there! It really is a cute little town, and only 25 minutes from Chautauqua Institute
