2 person apartment with private deck, direct access to the lagoon (ocean front) for swimming, snorkeling or diving.. The apartment has a fantastic view over the lagoon, the ocean, the coastline of the dolphins jumping at Dolphin Academy. The apartment is in a gated community with a swimming pool and beach. You will have a private parking space. The apartment is five minutes walk from bars, restaurants and shops at Seaquarium Beach. Layout: bathroom with shower and washing machine, separate toilet, fully equipped kitchen, desk arrea, living room with sitting area and covered patio. Bedroom with double bed (160 x 200), air conditioning and closets and safe. Outside is a terrace with a beautiful loungeset and umbrella and down to the dock is a seating area, outdoor shower and two deck chairs with umbrella. The apartment is professionally managed.

The property had everything needed. Well stocked kitchen, plenty of ice, freezer packs, seasonings, oils and vinegar, coffee pods, teas. Washing machine with provided detergent pods and a hanging rack outdoors. Plenty of toilet paper, tissues and paper towel. The property was immaculate and Karin met us at check in and check out. The CURACAO Ocean Resort is a gated community and access to the lovely private beach was a short walk (or swim) away. However with a deck right on the water with easy ladder access we never used the beach. We chose CURACAO for snorkeling not realizing the best snorkeling was right in our backyard! And as others mentioned, mornings usually started with dolphins chattering and doing their jumps at the adjacent aquarium. Finally, the provided cooler, beach mats and chairs were well used when visiting the island’s gorgeous beaches.

This was one of the best places we have ever stayed! The experience was amazing! Clean and organized - we had everything we needed and communication was great! Karin meet us to welcome us and when we left! We want to come back again and definitely will! Book it and don’t look back!

This will absolutely be your next favorite spot. Wife and I have stayed other places on this island and elsewhere in the Dutch Caribbean, but villa by far takes the cake! And such great hosts! WE WILL BE BACK AGAIN AND AGAIN!

Second time staying here and loved it even more than first time

We stayed 11 nights this time and loved every minute. The condo has everything you could want...Anne has thought of everything...and Karin is an amazing resource to answer any question you might have during the stay. And not only is the condo perfect to stay in but also the terrace and deck and ladder right into the water!! AND...you can look across the lagoon and watch the dolphins jumping and entertaining children and adults through the Dolphin Academy program. We are coming back again next year for sure.

Our location was within 20 minutes from everything; Willemstad, supermarkets, and historical sights. The accommodations were first rate. We were in walking distance of restaurants. You have your own private deck with access to the water.

Swimming right off our own dock!

We had SUCH a lovely time here. Loved all the outdoor living space as the sliding doors of the kitchen/living area fully open to the lovely two tiered deck. We could walk out and dive in or step in off the ladder. Amazed at how great the snorkeling was right there in our calm peaceful bay! Lovely to watch the dolphins perform just across the water. Quiet and gated, lovely big pool overlooking the sea with beautiful grounds. The condo is newly remodeled, fully furnished, induction cooktop, dishwasher, washer. We enjoyed grocery shopping (You'll need a car for that. Paradisus Car Rental!), mostly cooked our own meals and visited the fishmonger up the street. Mambo is merely a 3 minute walk for all the restaurants/entertainment. Karin and Maria were great to deal with, easy to contact and very helpful. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!!

Awesome location

Perfect Escape!

We loved the location of this property. Everything we needed and very responsive host. Loved to snorkel out front and watch/listen to the dolphins. Took advantage of the washer which is a wonderful amenity! Another favorite is the outdoor/indoor living. Would love to stay again -- in fact, just didn't want to leave!

The water access off the deck is AMAZING! We snorkeled everyday! They provide the equipment. They also knew it was our honeymoon do they left us champagne. This place is truly a hidden gem!

Everything was just perfect. What an incredible experience. The unit is just enough. Well maintained. The private deck with swimming right there. Location, Location, Location!

My wife and I had a wonderful birthday experience at this unit. It was especially nice due to not being able to go into the water at the local beaches due to Covid-19. Snorkeling off the deck is terrific and watching the dolphins nearby was a great treat. Raeanna was terrific and available at all times. We had one minor bump in the road, but it was handled professionally! We would absolutely come back to this property and recommend it to everyone!

A little piece of paradise

The property has the best location, just besides the Seaquarium. The best snorkeling on the whole island is at your feet, right off the deck of your own condo! The only downside was the absence of a microwave. But besides that, it was wonderful

Best Vacation Ever

This place is literally paradise! My wife and I stayed here for our honeymoon and we had an amazing time snorkeling and swimming. It is within walking distance to Mambo Beach which has great restaurants and shops, and you can see dolphins jumping at the aquarium next door. There is also a free shuttle that takes you to the grocery store so you can buy food. The condo is so nice you won't want to go anywhere else!

Perfect spot for 2

Perfect little apartment. Note that the sofa opens into a second bed, so 2 people who are not a couple can sleep separately. We had everything we needed - about the only thing we missed was having a microwave, but the oven and stove did the job. As expected, we spent most of our time when we were at the apartment out on the deck enjoying the wonderful view, and the retractable awning kept the sun and very occasional rain off. The location was great - not far from town, 2 minute walk to the Ocean Encounters dive shop at the Lion's Dive Resort for diving adventures, and a short swim to a really healthy and beautiful reef on the outside of the Sea Aquarium. A fun snorkel is to swim out the break on the south side of the Sea Aquarium, and allow the prevailing currents to sweep you leisurely north around the Sea Aquarium until you reach Mambo Beach, where you can exit and walk back. We even encountered the dolphins from Sea Aquarium on this snorkel when they were out with their trainers, and the trainers had the dolphins swim and leap around us a few times! Karin and Zita, the property managers, were great communicators, and Zita helped us make the most of our visit. When our rental car was not immediately available, she told us about the 9:00 am shuttle bus from the nearby Lions Dive Resort to a nearby supermarket so we could get provisions before our rental car arrived. An idyllic spot for a great vacation.

Excellent! Comfortable studio unit with all the amenities. Shaded outside patio areas were spacious and enjoyable. The calm sea was waiting for you to take advantage of, which we enjoyed as we snorkelled amongst an excellent variety of fish along the long rock banks. We could see the dolphins practice in the sea aquarium as well as enjoy the ocean views . late afternoon was a treat sitting by the water and Mambo Beach nearby with some good restaurants. Curacao is more expensive for food than Canada, but by combining restaurants out and preparing some meals in (with great grocery store food and beer) We spent less than I thought I might have to. The stay was amazing. The space is perfect for 2 people and Everything was super clean! The bedroom has air conditioning and you don’t need it in the rest of the place because of the breeze. Outside, the deck is pretty private due to the greenery between the neighbors. It is beautiful and you can jump right into the water. It is super close to tons of restaurants, mambo beach, and Eric’s ATV tours. We are from America so the outlets were not the same but they had a few adapters available. Overall amazing stay!!

Excellent stay - warm & friendly welcome

Superb small and tidy apartment for couples, fully equipped with everything you need. The outside area is great, with plenty of space and shade for the hotter parts of the day. This opens up onto the decking with direct access to the lagoon - great for swimming and a bit of snorkelling and a useful outdoor shower. The location is also superb, being close to the lively Mambo beach area and all the associated bars etc. There’s a supermarket within a 40minute walk, which you can also get a local bus to. If you want to explore further, I’d highly recommend a car, but it’s not an absolute necessity. Property Managers Karin and Zita are both very warm, friendly and welcoming and very helpful with any questions and advice and made the organisation and stay very easy! The only slight negative I could mention is that the decking is not quite as private as it appears on the photos, with a neighbouring deck and ladder directly next door to the right and an apartment directly above, but set back. This didn’t cause us any problems at all, but is worth mentioning. I’d highly recommend a stay here and would definitely come back.

My husband and I loved this condo. It was the second time we have stayed in this area on the lagoon. The condo had everything we needed and was very clean. Zita was very helpful. She picked up groceries for us before we arrived. Swimming in the lagoon every morning off of the dock was a highlight. We will come back again!
