This place was just what we needed.
This was the last stay of our National Park loop and it could not have been any more perfect. There was plenty of room, and the pictures don’t show it, but there is an extra twin sized trundle bed in one of the bedrooms. The kitchen was stocked with coffee, spices and other basics.
You could tell the place is going through some updates still, like touch up areas. But all-in-all the towels, furnishings, and extras all look brand new.
Only hiccup I had when we got there, which was late and dark, was all the steps to gain entrance into the unit. Don’t forget to read to instructions carefully and fully. :) Thanks to Michelle, the property owner who answered my distress quickly and generously.
Additionally, the location was very centrally located to one of the best Mexican places we’ve eaten at, El Corral on 66.
We also did the train ride into the grand canyon. I’m glad we had an extra day to go on our own though, highly recommend more than less time. And our last dinner was a the Historic Brewing, which had an amazing fresh salad. (I know boring, but after a week of american food, its just what I needed.)
Overall, highly recommend this unit. It does not disappoint.
