Very helpful staff and quiet hotel even though it seems full. Room was clean and has comfortable beds. Easy parking. Breakfast not bad but the coffee is horrible. Would love to see more environmentally friendly plates, etc at breakfast - plates and coffee cups were styrofoam.

Our stay was very nice. The breakfast options for the complimentary breakfast were very good. The only thing that could have been better was the stocking of the bathroom. Is it ever possible to leave one extra towel?

Hotel was very nice! Everything felt very new and clean. Breakfast has a good selection. Super close to Busch Gardens. Pool was great after spending the morning at the amusement park. The staff was very friendly. I would stay there again if I was in the area.

Amazing front desk staff! I purchased a handicap room on purpose & upon arrival she explained how the shower & tub works. The bed was extremely comfortable as well.

We had a great stay! So close to Busch gardens and water country. The room was clean, comfortable beds, and convenient location to different restaurants. The staff we encountered were all very accommodating and friendly. Breakfast was included with our stay and was served until 9:30am. Overall, I would come back again!

Extra charge and more towels!!!
The hotel was nice! However, they only gave two to three towels per night! Repeatedly had to go to the desk and ask for more towels! (Four guest including myself, wife, 19 yro daughter and a 11yro daughter). Found out after we got home that an additional 300.00 was charged with no explanation!
