Oasis for sure!

Hostess was great to communicate with! House was gorgeous! View was amazing! We will definitely book again! She went over and above with snacks and drinks to welcome us knowing it was our wedding night and we might not have time for all of that after the reception.

Wonderful Place to Stay

The home was beautiful - it looks just like the photos. We had a great time. When in the house, we spent most of our time in the sunroom - it was beautiful. The host went out of her way to make the place comfortable and inviting, ensuring we had a great time. She provided some snacks, coffee pods for the keurig, and the kitchen was stocked with pots, silverware, etc. She had a book with information about different restaurants in the area - was a great host and easy to work with. I would recommend staying here and would go back again.

Amazing Hospitality

My family recently stayed at this immaculate house with incredible views. The house was beautiful and had every amenity you can imagine. The host left us a stocked fridge with some treats for the trip. Everything was spotless and organized so we could walk in and start relaxing immediately. We will definitely return and stay longer so we can enjoy more of the lake in the future.

Quick Getaway

The house was beautifully decorated, extremely clean and very comfortable. Linda, our host, was amazing! She was quick to respond the two times I had questions and added special touches to our stay. Sitting outside in the evening, right next to the lake was so peaceful and relaxing. Downtown Winchester is just up the street. I highly recommend this property and hope to go back.

Outstanding family weekend

We have never been more impressed with a VRBO than we were here. Our host could not have been more lovely to work with prior to and during our stay. The house was meticulously prepared and so well stocked…honestly, I felt right at home when making three meals a day. The home was plenty large enough for our family of 5 adults and 3 littles and there was plenty to do. We had plenty of space for everyone, sleeping arrangements we’re comfortable, and there was an abundance of extra towels, blankets and pillows. Thanks to the stairs at the waters edge, we played in the lake more than the pool. However, we met neighbors in both locations who also treated us very kindly. Seriously, these owners have thought of everything. Next time we must rent a boat. This was truly a gem!

Wonderfully special place and experience

We rented this house to have family from all over the country come together for my dad’s 80th birthday. Linda, the host and owner, was amazing from the start! She answered all of our questions and had really thought of everything. The decor was beautiful and the house was very well stocked. She even had a cake made for my dad that was waiting for us when we arrived! My family thoroughly enjoyed our time in Winchester and loved every aspect of the house. The views, location and overall set up were perfect. I should also note that the house was impeccable when we arrived - the cleanliness factor was off the charts. This experience definitely made for a special gathering that we will never forget. Thank you!

The perfect property for us.

My wife and I were were visiting the area for several days because our daughter was playing at the Bonnaroo Music Festival nearby. This was the perfect spot to get away from the madness of the festival. The property is immaculate and our hostess left some very nice snacks for us to enjoy. I highly reccommend this property to anyone staying in the area.

The Good: Linda is a wonderful hostess and property manager. She puts so much thought and attention to detail into her rental accommodations. We felt very well taken care of leading up to our stay and very pampered during our stay. Her home is beautifully decorated, tidy, and immaculately clean. The sunrises were so amazing! The view of the lake is to die for. We will be back again. THE BAD: Our stay was way too short THE UGLY: I did not want to leave If you book this home you will not be disappointed.

Linda went above and beyond in making our three night stay very enjoyable. She filled the frig. with some snacks since we were arriving late at night and left the lights on for us. She also allowed a very late check out. All around a great experience.

Perfect lake views! Clean and comfortable home, with nice little extras.

The house was very clean and comfortable. The views of the lake from the house were perfect. The gated neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. The house was a few minutes from downtown Winchester, which was convenient. The little thoughtful extras by the owner made such a difference and were a very nice touch. Communication with property owner was helpful and responsive. We would definitely rent this property again, as it was one of our favorites at Tims Ford Lake.

This was hands down the best rental experience we have ever had. Linda was amazing. Excellent communication. SO MANY thoughtful touches. Snacks in the refrigerator and pantry. Chairs already set up by the water. Phone calls in advance to answer any questions. Simply amazing. The house was very clean and beautifully decorated. Best vacation we have had in years. We will absolutely be back.
