Julianna the receptionist was outstanding!! She was soft spoken and professional, and friendly and had a very welcoming, patient, and calming presence. Do NOT ever let go of her.
Michelle was exactly the same and is friendly, obliging, and professional with a good sense of humor.
The “Bold” coffee is TERRIBLE—-it was EXACTLY the same as the Fairfield Marriott in Winchester which we stayed at on the way up to New York! I vowed never to stay there again because of how bad the coffee was. I learned that the coffee at both the Fairfield and Springhill Marriotts are dictated by corporate. This is ridiculous. If you label coffee as “bold” it had better be BOLD!!
We as travelers know our food, coffee, and amenities very well. You can’t fool us.
Nevertheless, we will stay at the Springhill Marriott again because the staff is GREAT!!! Just don’t serve us coffee that is weak and “see through”. It was like drinking dishwater.
