Simple and as expected.

Let’s be clear: this is a renovated hotel from another era. It’s not going to be some all amenity modern hotel. Two stories and no elevator, carry your own bags, simplicity. The beds were very good, the room was clean, the doors were secure, and the water pressure was good. The continental breakfast was the cereal, yogurt, and fruit of others. It felt like I was staying in an original Howard Johnson of the 1960s and I appreciated that.

The picture on this site look MUCH better than in person. The smell in the hotel was not a refreshing smell to say the least. Sheets and blanket are paper thin, no comforter. Bathroom is minimal. If younare looking for a feeling of home, this is not your place. If you are looking for a place to lay your heads at night, then this could be a good place for traveling hard workers or fisherman to stay. We did not opt to have our room serviced, however we did request more towels/washrags. They were VERY promt on getting these items to us.

Overall it wasn't bad but the sofa in the room looked very old and dirty and there was a moth in the room. Room kind of smelled like wet dog although we asked for a not pet friendly room.

They don't want to give extra towels, we had 4 people they told me they were booked and I told them it's not my fault they didn't have enough towels for demand as a customer, I tried giving the dirty towels, mind you they sat in my room all night they had the audacity to ask about towels before cleaning the room like I would like towels to shower, who want to steal your towels

In town for Volleyball tournament

I was skeptical because of some of the reviews but I must say, we enjoyed our stay. It’s local to a lot of things to do. Parking was sufficient. The staff was pleasant, the rooms were nice and cozy, bathroom was clean, shower had pressure and was nice and hot, we also really enjoyed the balcony. The breakfast was basic but enough to satisfy plus they have vending machines with lots of goodies. Overall, I have nothing but good things to say.

our room was ok, but the person we were traveling with had no tv or heat/ac the first day, tv didnt work as it should even after thr fix. had to use the laptop and send to the tv. thought that with several hours of maintenance they should have compensated her for the inconvenience

Typical 2 stars hotels

You get what you pay for. First of all the google map address and the physical building of the hotel are 2 completely different locations. I had to call their front desk and the lady had to walked me through the rest of the drive to get to the hotel. Other guests were very loud, no soundproofing in the rooms at all. The included Breakfast was a joke (water down coffee, cupcakes and stale cereals) Room had tiles floors with not a rug in sight, I had to put a towel in front of the tube so I don't break my neck coming out of the shower. Thank gods we were only there for 2 nights since I couldn't sleep any of them. Definitely not going back.
