Wow! Were to start 😃 Plenty of free parking and plenty to do for walking. There’s an antique shop right next-door very nice. McDonald’s right next to the hotel along with a pizza place. You can walk down to the lake. The coffee is 24 hours free very good. We’re very picky with our coffee Starbucks so that was a nice plus. The room was spacious clean no issues very impressed. The kitchen was a nice size. Plenty of utensils. The TV comes off the walls So you can watch TV on the couch or the bed. The bed was very comfortable. We can stay two nights. Each morning was a different hot breakfast . The parfait area was even better. There was plenty of restaurants things to do in the area walking distance walk. The pool is small but, it’s great if you have kids because, it only goes to 5 foot. And, Vicky the front deck was awesome and so helpful. She was the best Thank you!

Won’t stay again.

The hotel staff were very friendly and polite. Beds were super comfortable. However I killed two roaches in my room over night and when I let them know they told me they would be in touch. I have not been contacted. Overall it was an excellent stay but for that price I shouldn’t be killing cockroaches in my room.

Misled - Obstructed "Lake View" is More Like It

The staff was very friendly, although I had issues with Hotels.com telling me the hotel wouldn't honor my lake view room nor refund the difference for me having to stay in a different room. Ironically, we were in a lake view room... but a note of importance... the Lake View room is a window facing a very noisy, busy street staring at a McDonald's across the street (among other businesses) with the lake behind them. Very misleading and not worth the bump in price.

Points of interest

My stay was great, my room exceeded my expectations and the view of the lake was beautiful. The only issues that i had was how you can hear everything from outside through the glass, at night i would hear the police sirens and trucks, in the morning i could hear people yelling! Another issue that i had was how there would be people homeless people in the hotel lobby grabbing tea or just sitting down, they didn’t bother me what so ever but for the safety of kids who go to play in the pool or women who are traveling alone it wouldn’t make anyone feel safe, i run a restaurant myself and have this issue as well sometimes but for the comfort of my customers and their children i can’t have someone homeless in there making families feel uneasy, But other than that my stay was amazing!

Good stay with some bumps along the way

The alarm clock woke me at 6am, that should have been disabled prior to new customer. Shower floods the room, i used all my towels to sop it up. Front desk had someone deliver new clean towels but they left the soaked ones behind.
