Wonderful lodge in Winter Park

We enjoyed our stay at Best Western Alpenglo Lodge. The staff were very helpful, especially David who stored our luggage and told us about the town. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the breakfasts were very good. I would definitely recommend this lodge.

Convenient and good breakfast

Convenient access to town and 5 min shuttle to ski resort. Lots of dinning options. Room was clean but windows were cracked open upon arrival. So heat was running non-stop. Hallway was a bit noisy early AM due to proximity to breakfast area. Hot breakfast options are good but sitting is tight if you arrive at the wrong time. Managed it by going back to my room to eat.

Excellent stews for walking. Central to everything. Easy to catch the bus to the resort. Christopher at the front desk was friendly and informative. He recommended great places for dinner and apres.
