Got charged a resort fee but how is this a resort? They don't even have any dining options in the building. Kids were running up and down and jumping constantly. The hall and rooms smelled funny. We asked for a roll in shower but got a tub/shower combo. The rooms were outdated. The fire detectors looked like they were from the day it was built. The room was definitely not wheelchair accessible. We couldn't even get the wheelchair next to the bed. We would not recommend.

Due to snow storm, lack of plowing made it unsafe. I understand that was hard to control. Got in the room and the heat was not on. It was freezing. I got extra blankets but it didn’t warm up until the next day. Once the heat worked it got so hot we couldn’t cool it down without opening the patio door!

We did not get what was advertised for sure. The pillows were flat and soft (definitely needs new pillows). The vent in the bathroom was dirty, the bathroom sink got filled up as soon as you turned the water on, horrible drainage. I get that it is a family resort however the constant running and screaming in the hallway of the 4th floor was unbearable esp at nights. There was no provision made for snow shoveling for the parking lot, that was a disaster. The hot tub in the room was a nice touch and worked well. The fireplace was also great especially with the weather for the weekend. Overall this resort has the potential to be a really great place but needs a few touches and upkeep.

Our stay was ok. The pool area needed cleaning. There weren’t any pool towels. Two of the three areas were not in working order which was our reason for choosing this hotel. Could use an update, and furniture needs to be dusted and moved to be cleaned under/behind.

We had one of their "Themed Suites" The room showed the hotles age. (Built in the 1970s) The whirlpool tub in the room was so tall it made it hard to get in and out of. Hotel maintenance could not even open the rooms safe. There was a large pile of frozen vomit out on the Balcony. As well as the floor on the balcony was rotted out. They advertized having 3 indoor water parks. They had no water parks. They had 2 swimming pools, a kiddie pool. (Which the 2 slides water did not work). And the Hotub did not work. They also call you at 9:45 am to ask you if everything is ok. Not good if you are sleeping and you have the Do Not Disturb sign on your door.

Last time we stay at Atlantis

I've been brining my boys here for years in the winter, well aware that this is a budget option. This stay was our last one, pool area was filthy, no clean towels available, main pool was murky with chunks of hair floating around in it, hot tub was out of service filled with algae filled water. Room was fine, shower would not get hot no matter what direction I turned the nozzle. Would not recommend, even at a reduced rate.
