Property has several locking mechanisms on both doors. Property manager was unaware that some of these locking even mechanisms existed, let alone how they work, leaving our family locked out of the property. Story changed several times, first stating that he wasn’t sure if his key would work, then claiming not to have a key at all, then stating that he didn’t want to come let us into the property because he has three kids and lives 30 minutes away. We even offered to drive to get the key and the offer was declined. Then we offered to pay $100 cash for him to drive out to open the property, which was also declined. He stated several times that he is “just” the property manager.
House was dirty, there was still trash from previous guests, dust everywhere, a roach even crawled on my cousin.
Whoever the actual owner is, the property is great, but it seems like the property manager needs to review what their job duties consist of, because right now, I’m honestly not sure what they’re being paid to do.
