Ive just had a Valentine's break here and it has been lovely. The staff were friendly. I felt completely relaxed. Loved the pool and the Spa. It was in a beautiful locatio overlooking the golf course. Very reasonably priced. Would come back again. Also very child friendly.

Birthday break.

Nice hotel and location for a short break. Comfy beds and good food & drinks. We cancelled earlier in the year because the pool was out of order. Pool was nice, however, jacuzzi and steam room were out of order. Showers shut off too quickly, and no soap/shampoo. We feel that spa area maintenance is letting the whole place down

Lovely hotel that's starting to show a bit of age

Stayed for two nights. Rooms are big and comfortable, but if you look closely they're starting to show a bit of age. Reception staff were excellent as was the male member of bar staff. On our last morning however, we found the staff on the breakfast team to be abrasive and unhelpful. They were also arguing amongst themselves. And cleaning the coffee machine whilst breakfast is going on doesn't seem like the best time for it.

Sadly there was power cut throughout the entire venue which resulted in no hot food being available. After waiting for an hour for a sandwich the staff still wanted to charge full price and add a tip to the bill. They didn’t seem to understand anything from a customer perspective and how patient people in the restaurant were having to be.

Ufford park weekend stay

All the staff were lovely and the manager on reception very welcoming. The servicenwas good and delivered with a smile. However the furnishings in the common areas are dirty and tired and in need of deep clean or replacement. The room was clean but carpet a bit marked. The pool was cold and there were issies with the jacuzzi and changing rooms dirty. This could be such a lovely hotel and the staff are trying hard but invedtment clearly needed. However dinner was great and noce breakfast.
