Not the best one night stay
I had high expectations for this hotel stay but was sadly disappointed. It was clean and the room was comfortable. The reason for our one night stay at the hotel was a birthday gift for my son. He wanted to swim and stay a night at a hotel for his birthday. We chose this hotel instead of others because it had a hot tub for me and my husband to use while our kids swam. The hot tub and pool was both being filled when we was checking it around 4. We went to swim around 5:30 and the pool was freezing and the hot tub was cold. Not a huge deal to some people and wouldn't have been to us if that wasn't the whole reason for our special hotel stay. When my husband went to the front desk the lady working was rude and didn't want to be bothered to look up from her phone. When I went up to ask about the hot tub and to see if there was someone she could ask just to make sure the heat was turned on and working correctly and she didn't want to talk to me either and was rude. We went down again at 8:30 pm and the water was still very cold. It wasn't the correct temperature until the next morning (Sunday). We were able to use for a little while before we had to check out. I asked if it was normal for them to do that on a Saturday at check in time and she said normal they are filled and cleaned in the morning so it has time to heat back up. I won't chance it again for another birthday stay since that is what we would go for.
