"It desperately needed updating.Wobbly chair, leg loose.Poor paint finish.Hole in wall next to ceiling. Stained towel.(we used our own).Could not lock door from inside.I did take photos."

"A very pleasant stay however we experienced a lot of noise during the night from the roof space which we believe may have been caused by a bird being trapped in the roof space. We noticed a velum roof light so maybe a bird had got stuck in there the previous day. I’ll leave that with you guys"
