"The location was great and the lobby was lovely. Rooms are small and old but refurbished. They are cozy and clean. Hotel was quiet. No fridge, and the ice machine on our floor was busted, which was a bummer. We spent more to get a balcony room. Once we got there we found the balcony door bolted shut. ..."

"Maid came to clean up room. Did make up the beds but didn’t leave wash cloths and fresh towels. Old towels were left in there and her cleaning spray bottle left on the bathroom counter. Glass was clean in the shower but not the floor of the shower."

"Everything was good except it was kind of loud where we were (121). We should have asked for a 2nd floor room. But it was St. Patrick’s Day, so it was expected. The breakfast area was cozy. The room was clean. The staff were very friendly. Thank you!"
