What you can expect

Discover Wied iz-Zurrieq, one of the oldest towns in Malta, and the picturesque Blue Grotto before journeying onto Marsaxlokk, a traditional fishing village known for its brightly-colored boats. Explore a traditional Maltese market and marvel at the clear blue waters lapping the rugged coastline.

Wied iz-Zurrieq is a small harbour village with calm waters that provide shelter for passing fishermen. Near to this site lies the beautiful Blue Grotto. The cave's location and the way the sunlight reflects off the surface of the water leads to a stunning mirror effect with multiple bright shades of blue.

You continue on to discover Marsaxlokk, a small fishing village on the southern tip of the island. Stroll through the Maltese market and admire the colourful boats, known as luzzus, that fill the bay. This village is extremely popular with locals and tourists alike, with the market selling fresh fish and seafood caught that very morning.
