Discover the seabed of the Tavolara Marine Protected Area, one of the most beautiful in Sardinia, with a wonderful snorkelling experience. From Puntaldia Marina in the San Teodoro area of northeastern Sardinia, you will first make a short transfer aboard an inflatable boat and then find enchanting scenery.
Together with an experienced guide, you will swim in the renowned Molara Natural Pools in the Tavolara Marine Protected Area and Punta Coda Cavallo, whose unique colours make it one of the island's most popular destinations. The clear, turquoise waters welcome clouds of wrasse and damselfish, which will swim around you.

The itinerary:
- Navigation for about 20 minutes in the Tavolara Protected Marine Area: information will be provided on the surrounding area and you will pass in front of the famous beaches of Lu Impostu, Cala Brandinchi, Salina Bamba and Baia Salinedda.
- Navigation between Isola Ruja, Coda Cavallo and in front of Molara island.
- Before arriving in Molara, entrance to the so-called “oven” of Proratora island.
- Arrival at the Natural Pools of Molara and stop for about 50 minutes for guided snorkelling.
- Snack on board and return to port before sunset.
The snack served on board includes: chocolate cookies (gluten-free, lactose-free and hazelnut-free), hot tea, lemon and water cold tea.
By the end of the experience at the diving centre, there will be available and free use 2 bathrooms for women and 2 bathrooms for men, with hot water showers.
Inside the diving centre there is also a cabin to change.
