Take a short drive to the launch site where you'll safely hop into the air balloon. Get magnificent views of the cathedral built at Segovia’s highest point. See Alcazar Castle, a 12th-century fortification built on a rocky outcrop, and the breathtaking aqueduct built by the Roman Empire.
After a smooth landing, celebrate with a glass of cava. Get a flight certificate signed by your pilot to wrap up your flight.
Choose between just a balloon flight or a balloon flight with lunch where you'll receive a Segovian Menu at El Fogón Sephardí Restaurant which includes coffee, water, and house wine.
1st course: beans from La Granja or Castilian soup
