"Le Grand Hôtel et Centre Thermal d'Yverdon-les-Bains mérite une critique élogieuse à bien des égards. Dès mon arrivée, j'ai été accueilli avec un sourire chaleureux et une attention particulière, ce qui a instantanément mis la tone d'un séjour mémorable. Le personnel, véritable atout de l'établissement, est à la fois professionnel et extrêmement sympathique, toujours prêt à répondre aux besoins des clients avec le sourire (le bonjour et mes remerciements à tous) .
Les installations sont tout simplement remarquables. Les espaces sont élégamment aménagés, alliant confort et atmosphère apaisante. Les thermes, en particulier, offrent une expérience de bien-être inégalée, parfait pour se détendre et se ressourcer. Chaque détail semble avoir été pensé pour garantir une expérience inoubliable.
