Amazing location, just a 2 minute walk away from a very lively area and very close to multiple bus/tram stops. Yet it was quiet. The staff were very friendly and were accessible 24/7. As a solo female traveler I felt very safe and comfortable with this stay.

Everything about this hotel was great besides 2 things, one the bathroom is incredibly small, toilets were built for short people that are probably under 5ft. And the other issue was the hotel just seemed worn and could use renovations. Staff was incredibly nice and the room itself was clean. Overall I would possibly come back if there’s rooms with larger restrooms or just more room around the toilet

Very enjoyable stay at Krisotel. Single room was clean and bright with total blackout blind and shower room was well equipped. Free coffee machine and teas available in reception area, would definitely recommend.

We were pleasantly surprised with our room - we reserved a twin but were upgraded to a quad. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We arrived around 10am but our room wasn’t ready. We were able to store our luggage at the hotel while we walked around the city until our room was ready. So happy there was an elevator since the stairs were quite steep. We would stay here again.

The room we got was on the smaller side but was great. It was clean, bed was comfortable, great location, and staff was very nice and helpful. Would definitely stay again!
