The house was beautiful. Everything was there as mentioned. We had a small Thanksgiving dinner there. The hot tub was amazing. The whole family enjoyed it. The owner was great in communicating with me. Great place to stay and getaway....

Great place, amazing host!

House was clean and well set up. Our host Christian was on the ball as a couple of issue with power problems came up and resolved immediately. Bathrooms were well stocked with towels etc. Beds were super comfortable and beddings were soft and clean. The best part was the pool and patio, simply beautiful! Thank you Christian, we had a blast. Awesome place, great central location and fantastic service! 5 ⭐

Such a comfy house

We were in town for work and couldn’t have asked for a comfier house. It was chilly the weekend we were there and just the little things like being able to pre-heat the bed was so nice. The hosts were also super nice and communication was friendly easy and helpful

House is beautiful pool was amazing and even though we had some issues the owner was super helpful got back to me within minutes of texting him, he even showed up to the property to help with what was going on I would definitely recommend this location to any family, your only about 20 minutes away from Kern River and abide 2 1/2 hrs from Sequioa

WARNING ! STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOUSE!

Upon arrival we were unable to access the property using the passcode that was provided by the host. We had to walk around the back unlocked gate where we found the back sliding door to the house unlocked and wide open. This is an UNACCEPTABLE safety concern. This property does not meet our sanitary standards in the SLIGHTEST. If cleaning fees are included in the price why is the house unkept? My wife immediately walked through the property and said she would rather fly back across the country to be in our clean home. She didn’t want to take off her shoes to walk around on the filthy floors. Smells foul inside and outside of the home! Trash cans outside full, smelled of rotten fish, lids removed and wide open with dozens of flys. The windows throughout the property were open and the ceiling fans set on low when we arrived. We tried to turn the thermostat on and down to a comfortable level where we would not be sweating. The thermostat was 88 degrees and we called the property owner because the system was locked and controlled remotely. We called the property owner to explain our concern and was told he would call us back but never did. We had to call him back after an hour and begged to have the air turned down and he said he would lock it at 76 degrees. If we’re paying hundreds of dollars each night we EXPECT to be comfortable and not sweating in a stuffy property. The carpet was clearly decades old, worn down, smelled atrocious, huge dark stains, spilled paint/nail polish in the carpet throughout entire house. Cracked flooring in kitchen and area separating the carpet from the kitchen title had a huge hole that is caked in dirt and needs repair. Broken tile and steps outside near pool are serious safety hazards. My wife broke her hip and has mobility issues. Listing states there are steps that are required for entry but DOES NOT state the poor unstable condition of the stone work. Dirty magic eraser sitting on coffee table Yard was unkept There was a fly that was killed on the back sliding window with this guts smeared on the door. Pool was not clean, there was a thick film covering the top layer of the water, and the hot tub did not work. Refrigerator smelled horrible Oven was caked with grime Kitchen drawers stuffed with hoarded items Sponge in sink was old and smelled Electrical issues causing the lights to flicker throughout the house We can go on and on but this is all the space allowed. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY !

It was like a tropical paradise

We really enjoyed staying at this house. The pool and spa are beautiful. The controls were little complicated, but the host was ready to answer our questions throughout our stay. Overall a nice relaxing stay. :)

Multiple malfunctioning issues

I never give a poor review, so it kills me to write this. Unfortunately, we ran into a lot of issues with this home. The floor in the kitchen is coming up and there are holes throughout the linoleum flooring. The hot tub didn't work until the very last night. The house alarm kept going off unexpectedly in the middle of the night. The beds sagged and my husband both kept rolling to the middle of the bed where it was sagging. The dish soap and the hand soap containers were diluted with water. I'm guessing to save on the cost of soap. We ended up having to purchase new soap containers for the house. On the plus side, the outside yard is beautiful. I just wish we had a chance to enjoy it .
