This is the best hotel I have ever been to. Everything about it was perfect. I did not give excellent because we had to wait a long time to get on the elevator up to our room. Mostly because the hotel has a rooftop bar with many outside guests coming to visit. I would like to give a special shoutout to Nun, one of the managers at Banyan Tree, who was very helpful when I fell ill and had to have a doctor come over. Their breakfast buffet is awesome! All the staff was always smiling and welcoming. I definitely will be visiting them again anytime I'm in Bagkok.

Madly deeply in love with Banyan Tree. Amazing property and beautiful place. Very lovely people and I love the saffron restaurant. Amazing food and view. Breakfast is amazing and all special diets are being taking care of. I also liked the staff there. At the front desk there is a very sweet person called Annie.
