LaQuinta? Never again
Resort facilities were in complete disarray. Entry to resort had a mildew smell. Front desk person hardly said two words to us upon check in. Elevator was not working. First room had massive amounts of mold on the ceiling (picture attached). Asked to be moved and the next room had less mold but still quite a bit. Same front desk person said that if we touched/used anything in the first word we would be charged for both rooms…great service. Would not recommend this to anyone under any circumstances.

DUMP. RUN.
Complete DUMP. So gross. Everything even the lamp shade had a stain. Elevator broke for two days. My mom injured her leg and had to climb to fourth floor. Should not he an option on hotels.com. Used to trust that this site hosted reputable hotels but obviously not. At the very least they NEED to update the room photos because looks nothing like what is pictured on this site.

When we got to the hotel to check in, a horrible smell welcomed us in the lobby. The person helping customers check in had a terrible attitude. The room had mold all over the ceiling, smelled like mold and humidity the whole time. The room was dark and outdated. The elevator stopped working so we had to use the stairs. There were people smoking weed in the stairs. It felt like a nightmare or punishment to stay there. The worst hotel we have ever been at. Do your self a favor and don’t stay there.

This jas to be the worst hotel o have ever stayed in, i needed a place to stay while having some work done on my home... choose this place due to proximity to home. The entire property is filthy, the elevator wasn't working for my entire 4 night stay. The man at the front desk is very unpleasant, no smile , no greeting... made me uncomfortable. Never again,

Like: Spacious room & good airconditioning. Good location (near Sawgrass Mills) Dislikes: I stayed here before & I must say that the hotel has deteriorated the last years. The hotel is in general dirty (hallways/bathroom/lobby/pool), service was terrible (we stayed 7 days & we only get once a roomservice). We had to beg for cleaning towels. Breakfast was poor (not even sausage or bacon) & for 3 days there was no breakfast available. I hope they can improved once again, because the location is good. Suggestion: they need to hire more workers for the hotel.

Filthy couch. Bedding had stains all over. Bathtub was black. We requested a cleaner room and were denied. Pullout couch had no available bedding. Breakfast was atrocious. Milk was chunky. Limited options for breakfast. Never again will I stay here or any la quinta. Inn.

Smelled of mold inside the room. Old in every detail. Very noise bathroom fan. Could hear TV from other room through the wall. Bathroom lock not working. Curtains did not close properly and let light in from outside. Would never take my family there again.
